Return Policy We accept returns within 14 days of order delivery. We do not accept returns on used or opened items. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or refused delivery, we will attempt to send the order again at our discretion. If the order is returned to us a second time, we will refund the order minus shipping and handling with a re-stocking fee of up to 15%. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped by the method you select. The method you select will reflect shipping costs. All orders are sent through the United States Postal Service. Your order may be upgraded to a faster shipping option at our choosing with no additional cost.
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. We ship Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sunday or US Federal holidays. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you and it will ship out within 2 to 10 business days if available. You may cancel a backordered item at any time prior to shipping if you do not want to wait.
We ship until 4pm CST Monday through Friday. We ship until 3pm CST on Saturday.
Orders with Express Mail shipping will be sent same day unless received after 4pm. Express Mail orders after 4pm will be shipped the next business day, excluding Saturday. Express Mail is guaranteed to arrive next day or 2nd day depending on the delivery location.
USPS shipping options are Parcel Post, First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail.
PO Boxes We ship to PO boxes.
International Orders We ship international orders via Priority Mail or Express Mail. Customers are responsible for making sure their order is legal to import into their country. Customers are also responsible for any customs taxes or charges imposed by their country. If a package is returned to us, there will be a charge of up to 15%. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Military Address (APO/FPO) We ship Parcel Post, First Class Mail and Priority Mail to military addresses. Delivery times may vary after reaching Military Mail. Packages are not covered under USPS insurance once the Military Mail has your package. Insurance only covers your package when being handled by the USPS. Insurance claims must adhere to USPS regulations. No reshipments or refunds will be given until an insurance claim is settled if one is filed.
Lost/Stolen Orders Supplement Bay is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. If insurance has been purchased, we can only file it for orders that are lost or damaged. We can not file insurance for orders marked as delivered. We will provide tracking numbers and try to help you any way we can if a package is missing.
